on Webb Lake in Weld, Maine

York Hill Surveying is a small central Maine land surveying firm established in 1984 by Creston Gaither, PLS. Our work area generally includes western Kennebec County, southern Franklin County, southern Somerset County, and northern Oxford County. We routinely work in Vienna, Mount Vernon, Fayette, Readfield, Manchester, Belgrade, Rome, Wayne, Monmouth, Winthrop, Chesterville, New Sharon, Farmington, Wilton, and other nearby towns.

We perform boundary surveys, Mortgage Loan Inspections, topographic surveys, and boundary research. We can help resolve flood insurance problems by providing an elevation certificate or filing a LOMA application,  We can provide legal descriptions (for conveyances) and some drafting and GIS services.

Creston Gaither, B.A., PLS, attended college in Maryland and Maine. He has practiced as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) since 1983 and formed York Hill Surveying in Vienna in 1984.
